Last week we finally managed to get some glorious sunshine with no clouds in our red, white and blue nation. For many of us, including myself, we tried to enjoy it as much as we could.For most of us who sit in and office for most of the week, this was a perfect weekend to see friends, relax and enjoy the weather.Whilst I was enjoying a pint of cold beer with a bag of pork scratchings, I thought to myself whether this is my reward for the busy week I had, or is it my motivation for the week ahead?The answer is clear as a daylight, for me it doesn’t matter if it’s sun, rain, sleet or snow, if I put more effort on a weekly basis, I will get the results I want!What’s my motivation?
