1. Smile when you dial, you can hear it on the other end of the phone.
2. Stand up as your lungs will be more open.
3. Use your hands whilst talking, this changes your tonality.
4. Ask questions and then wait for the answer, don’t be put off by silences.
5. Know your product or service inside out!
